Gaming laptops at reasonable price HP 15-af114AU (Notebook) 

This expenses around 25k which is at the ordinary portable PCs range and moderate cost. Obviously its a notebook series however i have not seen any distinction in the middle of them and different tablets. I utilized it for 10days whose perfomance is extraordinary at the cost gave. The main weakness is the battery life this battery is adequate for ordinary moderate use yet no enough to use while travelling. In any case i can say this is the best portable PC for ordinary users  around this cost
